Mingo Creek is located in Washington County on 2,600 acres of land, more specifically in Finleyville, PA. The Mingo Creek is a tributary of the Monongahela River.
The park features an assortment of trails that range from moderate to difficult. With paved pathways, you can steer clear of mud and muck that might normally keep you indoors. Along the paved path are several amenities: picnic tables, grills, fountains, pumps, and restrooms.
Mingo Creek Park is open from sunrise to sunset year-round. It is a dog-friendly park, as long as they are leashed. Featuring a small off-leash dog area. Horseback riding is also permitted on designated trails throughout the park.
Both the Ebenezer and Henry Covered Bridges add to the charm of the park. You can explore the trails, fish the creeks, picnic in the pavilions, play in the playgrounds and savor the season. Mingo Creek County Park is a great place to get away.
